How to Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through the Calocurb Account Portal. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account at https://www.calocurb.com/tools/recurring/login/.
2. Enter your email address and you will receive a secure code
3. Click “Manage Subscriptions.”
4. Select the subscription you'd like to pause.
5. Click Reschedule or Skip
6. These both will give you a temporary pause on your subscription
7. Confirm your changes.

What Happens When You "Pause"?

• Your scheduled shipments will be skipped or rescheduled during your required pause period.
• You will not be charged during the window.
• Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period ends.

Need More Time?
